Café & Arôme is our family business dedicated to preserving the coffee tradition inherited from our parents and great-grandparents. Specialty coffees hand-roasted in Quebec, with carefully selected beans to preserve body, sweetness, aroma and unique flavor.

Our history is rooted in the coffee world. We work directly with family farms and local cooperatives in Colombia, including women's associations, ensuring ethical practices and respect for the environment.

History

Our Mission

To be the coffee roasting and distribution company with social responsibility and respect for the environment, bringing value and dignity to coffee growers. Our fair trade Arabica coffees are grown between 1600 and 2200 meters above sea level. Being a direct partner of local producers in Colombia is our ethical imperative.

Our Vision

We roast each carefully selected bean with responsibility. Our coffee is fair trade and 100% Arabica. We give fair value and recognition to farmers, especially family farms, local cooperatives and women's associations.

Coffee Extraction

Our fair trade Arabica coffee is grown in Colombia at altitudes between 1600 and 2200 meters above sea level. We work directly with small producers, family farms, local cooperatives, and women's coffee grower associations who work ethically, fairly, and respectfully with the environment.
